Use of the VoiceShot IVR API for placing and receiving calls is billed on a monthly basis.
Receiving calls with the VoiceShot IVR API requires a VoiceShot toll-free or local number. Get a toll-free or local number for an additional $10.00 per month.
A VoiceShot phone number can be used as your primary phone number or you can forward your existing phone number to your VoiceShot phone number.
Have a toll-free or local number already? You can transfer your existing number to VoiceShot.
Voice minutes are calculated in 60 second intervals.
Charges apply to all successfully delivered phone calls including live operator transfers.
Monthly fees are nonrefundable.
Monthly minutes on plans include inbound and outbound to the US and outbound to Canada. Inbound international toll-free calls from Canada are billed as additional minutes at a rate of 22 cents per minute.
